My husband wanted to buy a new car preferably a Traverse. We came in and Brian Smith approached us in what we were looking for. He told us they had just received a delivery but they were not checked in yet. He offered to bring a 2027 Traverse around for us to look at and it was exactly what my husband wanted. Brian was super.

Service Advisor and Service Mgr were great to work with. Quality of work was great. They did experience some delay in the timing of the work due to some Technician shortages (sick/vacation) but in the end it worked out well. Parts team was also very good and helped out in getting a secondary key for the Cruze. I would trust bringing the car back for additional service. Thanks guys!!

Quite possibly the best experience buying a car that one could have. Everyone that I spoke with at the dealership was polite and professional, the price of the car was right along with the trade-in offer, the car was freshly detailed on pick up, right down to making sure there were no water spots. Truly a great operation from start to finish. I drove 3.5 hours one way to buy a car here, and it was VERY worthwhile.

Great service. Appreciate the video of the vehicle review. The only wrinkle in the process was the 2 hour plus wait for a scheduled oil change felt a little long. Everything else was great though.
Service department were very friendly and found the problem that was wrong with our truck. And fixed it in a timely manner. We will definitely go back

I feel comfortable having DeFouw Chevrolet do the maintenance on my 2023 Covette HTC. This is the second Corvette I have purchased and DeFouw has always been my service provider. My only complaint is the time it takes to get an oil change.
They have good service won't take care anywhere else so you're stuck with me haha
