We received amazing customer service from Dagan and everyone we encountered at DeFouw! After a not-so-great experience at another local dealer group where we had purchased and leased multiple (non-Chevrolet) vehicles, we decided to go another direction completely. We wanted all the bells and whistles without the $800+ lease payment. The size and price of the 2025 Equinox were what initially brought us to DeFouw, but the friendly employees are what sold it for us. We took a test drive on Monday evening and signed the paperwork on Wednesday afternoon. We never felt pressured or rushed, and Dagan was very patient and transparent throughout the process. After we signed the paperwork with Bailey, Dagan took extra time to answer any questions we had and made sure we knew how to use all of the features of our new vehicle. We will definitely be back and will be referring friends and family to Dagan and DeFouw. :)

On arrival at DeFouw, Matt Ellis and Dagan Noonkester took great care of me. Although the vehicle I wanted to drive was not on the lot, they worked together to locate one that was the most comparable. I had no intention of buying a car that very day and I was upfront about that. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. I was in the information gathering phase after being in a different brand vehicle for the past 14 years, I wanted a change. I was happy with the vehicle I drove that day but really wanted to see the exact one I had located online. Matt and Dagan worked together get the vehicle in so I could take it for a spin. A few days later, I was back to drive it and began the process of purchasing. Dagan set me up with Chase Snethen, my service manager and Bailey Brouilette, my finance manager. I was warmly greeted by both. Through the entire process, I was treated very well, always greeted by everyone kindly and respectfully. I would buy another vehicle from DeFouw any day. I had previously worked with DeFouw through Jeff Snethen in the Collision Department but have not purchased a car through DeFouw until now.

They are good to work with, I have had several issues, and they have gone above and beyond to help me. All of the staff have been great, but Lukas was my main service advisor, and Brian, the manager, is great to work with. The team went out of their way to help and really showed they cared about my vehicle and my issues.

Everyone was very helpful on getting me on my new truck and Richard was great.

Brian went above and beyond to help us with our purchase of our Trailblazer. He took the time to help us make sure we got the military discount. He explained everything and made sure we had all our questions answered. He was never pushy when we visited twice before buying on the third visit. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

While we eventually had to total my 2013 Chevy Silverado, Brian and his team were great to work with and provided us with ALL the information we needed to make an informed decision to let the truck go. They were very kind to my wife and I. They even provided a bandage when I cut I got in the wreck started to bleed again. Defouw's is the best in Lafayette.

Dagan my sales rep was awesome. I was indecisive and he had patience to go through the computer looking at model after model for features and then a few test drives until I found the one I wanted. It took a few hours and he never showed irritation or got pushy to get the process done. He let me make the decision with a few helpful suggestions.

We searched high and low in the Midwest for a blacked out Suburban High Country. Once I had seen one, I was hooked and I just had to have one. We found it here. My husband brokered the deal over the phone. They held it for a small deposit for several days. We drove 5 and 1/2 hours from Iowa to Indiana to get it. They gave us a great deal on the Suburban we traded in and what we felt was a great deal on the one we were buying. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and personable. We personally dealt with Jeff Robertson in finance and Brian Smith in sales. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It went pretty quickly because there was no financing. Hands down, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Defouw without hesitation. Now I'm off to go enjoy Big Bertha III. What can I say I'm a sucker for the Suburban 😁
