My experience was outstanding. I was searching for a truck as close to one I designed on the Chevrolet build website. The truck at DeFouw popped up and it was almost identical. However, it was a couple hours away. I called to ask casually about the truck, but when I started talking to Caleb, “my” salesman, I became more interested. I told Caleb if he got too pushy, I would walk away. He said he understood and told me that’s not his style. Over the next few hours, we talked several times and Caleb stayed true to his word, he never pushed. To make a long story short, Caleb allowed me to formulate a deal we could both live with. As part of the contract, I purchased the exterior and interior protection package. As I was considering the logistics of getting the service done, Caleb offered to pick up the truck and return it to my house. Did I mention we live two hours away?
