Chris Harrington and DeFouw knocked it out of the park. Zero surprise fees or high pressure sales tactics. Other dealers tack on mandatory "Accessories", not at the request of customers, and include those costs as the starting point of purchase price negotiations. We left several Indy dealers because of this and were thrilled that DeFouw didn't play those games.

The Chevy RS AWD is has all the features we wanted. We have had no problems with this car.

I am a single mom to three kids that had saved for 3 years eating ramen noodles every other week to be able to replace my 2008 Ford SUV. I have nothing but love for the old girl, but I think her universal joint was starting to go. I looked online at multiple locations inventory to find out prices to expect so sticker shock wasn’t so bad. Bill DeFouw had the lowest prices and they really talked a huge game about how much they inspect their cars and go over all points. I went and saw they had a Chevy Cruze for sale that was in my price range. It took a full week for them to go over every single point and make massive repairs. Knowing I was really just barely making it out here, They went above a beyond to fix a repair they had missed. I am now driving a very solid car that will last for at least the next four years of whatever happens next. I highly recommend Jay as a salesman. He reminds me of my oldest son, which is the highest compliment I can pay a person. thank you for making me a lifelong customer.

Took my car in to get an oil sensor replaced, which went well, but unfortunately came back to a broken center console latch. DeFouw went what I would consider above and beyond to make it right. Apparently the part was no longer manufactured, so I could easily have just been turned away under that justification, but they scoured around to find one. Even offered to install it due to their mistake but for something so small I figured I'd save everyone 5 minutes and do it myself. All good now

We bought a new 2025 equinox at 300 miles we had a check engine light come on. We took it to them and they had our car for five weeks and when we got it back after already being somewhat irritated at the five weeks, our car was absolutely filthy and I mean, filthy and covered in bird shit I would definitely not recommend this dealership for anything.

Bring checks or a credit card and they will "get it done".
