Having an oil change and tire rotation. I was received at once and the service was very throuough and completed without an extended time. Very happy with the service.

The oil change costs no more than anywhere else; and the trust I have in the service keeps me coming back. Sometimes a coupon is mailed to me as well! Don’t take chances anywhere else.

I did not get the chance to visit this dealer in person, I was attempting to purchase a beautiful used Avalon they had for sale. The sales experience was a little shakey, I had to do a lot of phone tag with my sales girl Leah and sales manager TJ. Both people were very friendly though. I wish things could have been done faster but I also understand that my credit was a challenge to work with, even though I had a pretty good down payment. I would like to give DeFOUW credit for holding the car for me and doing their best to get me approved. Unfortunately I was not approved over a very silly stipulation from the bank but I don't think that was DeFOUW's fault. I will continue to be saving more money for a larger down payment so bank's hopefully don't say no to me because I have a company phone and not a personal cell phone. If DeFOUW ever has another car for sale that I am interested in, I would try to do business with them again. Thank you.

Dherrus even arranged for the paperwork to be processed so that I could register my new Kia at the BMV the very same day I bought the car!
