We dealer trade for new vehicles on a daily basis. Also, with a used car manager with 25 years experience, allows us to find not just new vehicles, but pre-owned vehicles as well. We regularly stock over 200 new and 130 used vehicles and if we don't have it, we will get it for you.
Do you sell vehicles on-line? We have sold vehicles from New York to Texas and beyond. In today’s internet capable market, our area has expanded to the whole country. And that allows us to put extra special money in unique trades ins.
How do you determine the trade-in value for a vehicle? We use many different sites, including black book, Manheim auto auction, and experience. Knowing what vehicles will sell, allows us to step up to the front on used car trades in.
If you do not have the vehicle I want on the lot, can you locate and how long does it usually take? Even though we keep such a large inventory, we locate special colors or equipment vehicles on a daily basis. We go as far out as we need to go to find you the exact vehicle you want, and usually can have it here the very next day. Can I order a particular vehicle to fit my specifications? Our sales staff has access to a system called autobook that builds a vehicle, pricing and equipment to allow you to order exactly what you want.
SERVICE
If I purchased my vehicle from another dealership, can you still service my vehicle? Absolutely, we take pride in servicing all GM brands and many other brands such as Ford, Dodge, etc.
How do I get e-mail notifications regarding my vehicle? Simply give us your email account and we can email you as often as you want on the progress of your vehicle.
How can I determine when my vehicle is due for its next service? Many of today’s Chevrolets come with computer systems that notify you of when service is needed, especially with GM On-Star which will notify you of when service is needed based on your driving habits.
PARTS & ACCESSORIES
Where can I order Parts? Parts can be ordered 3 ways--on the phone at 765-449-2850, on line through our website, or in person.
Where can I order accessories? We carry a large line of accessories and have the ability to have most accessories delivered within 24 hours.
Do you provide loaners? We provide both a shuttle service and the body shop carries a line of loaner cars.
FINANCE What is the amount of Tax, Title and License? Indiana Sales Tax is 7% and title and licensing fees are done at the License Branch. When will my first payment be due? Your first payment can be arranged either 30 or 45 days after purchase. What is the maximum timeframe that I can finance a vehicle? Depending on various factors, you can finance up to 84 months.
Do you offer extended service agreements? Yes--we can structure both new and used service agreements to best fit your driving habits. GAP INSURANCE What is GAP insurance? GAP insurance is a low cost insurance that, in the event your vehicle is totaled and the payoff is more than the insurance will pay--GAP insurance will pay off the rest of the loan. Can I purchase Disability insurance on my vehicle? Yes and many people take advantage of this insurance. There are certain eligibility requirements that we can discuss with you in person, or over the phone. How does my credit rating affect the purchase of a vehicle? Banks use credit ratings to determine the percentage rate they will charge.
